Use the Main Menu
When you log on to the system, the Main Menu displays along the left side of the screen. The components that you can access are listed in this menu and are organised in the following categories. Only categories and links that you have access to are listed.
- Home — Displays your tiles A container that provides navigation or action from its summary view..
- Time — Links to manager components such as Employee Timecards, Leave Cases, and more.
- Schedule — Links to manager scheduling components, such as Workload Planner Tracks and edits staffing plans that define the number of workers that are needed for each shift or schedule zone and job., Current Schedule, and Future Schedule.
- Dataviews A configurable tool for analysing data and taking actions on a group of employees or an organisation. & Reports — Links to your Dataview Library, Report Library, and Group Edit Changes made to more than one employee record at a time, for example, add or delete a pay code or punch to a group of timecards. Results.
- My Information — Links to your personal timecard.
- Maintenance — Links to administrator components such as People Information, Integrations, Transaction Assistant Corrects transaction errors in integrations without the need to resubmit entire projects., and Transactional Audits.
- Administration — Links to configuration components including Application Setup, Setup Data Transfer, and Devices.

To access the Main Menu components in the suite, clicktap Main Menu

To search the Main Menu:
- In the Search box, enter the term to search and click Search
- To clear the search box, click X.

Using the capabilities of your browser, you can access multiple components in separate tabs or windows. For example, you can open the Schedule Planner and Employee Timecards pages in separate tabs within the same browser window or you can open them in separate windows.
For example, to do this in Chrome, right-click a component from the Main Menu and select Open Link in New Tab, then right-click another component from the Main Menu and select Open Link in New tab, and so forth. The browser-specific limitations determine the number of tabs or windows that you can open.
Depending on the selected context (timeframe and Hyperfind A search engine that filters and selects groups of employees through queries that specify conditions or locations (criteria).), the behaviour of each new tab or window is as follows.

When you change a page that could impact the information on other opened pages, the information does not update automatically.
