Configure Access to TeleStaff Integrations

1. Develop a strategy for who gets access to which functions and components.
2. Identify all roles and people who need to run integrations, which integrations they need to run, which documents they need, and who needs to review results or correct failed transactions.

Configure the Generic Data Access Profile (GDAP) to select the integrations that a person can run.

Uwaga: Only for the Business Structure, Skills & Certifications, and People Export integrations.

1. Log in as an administrator.
2. Select Main Menu  > Administration > Application Setup > Access Profiles > Generic Data Access Profiles. 
3. Create, edit, or remove a profile:
   • Kliknij Dotknij New. Enter a Name. Example: TeleStaff Integration.
   • Select a profile. Example: Select TeleStaff Integration. Kliknij Dotknij Edit or Duplicate.
   • Select a profile. Kliknij Dotknij Delete. Kliknij Dotknij OK.
4. From Setup Category, select Integrations.
5. From Setup Item, select:
   • Integrations
   • Integration Sets
6. Add integrations to the profile. These integrations must be installed in order to be available.
   • From Available, select the items and kliknij dotknij the right arrow . Alternatively, kliknij dotknij the double right arrow  to select all items.
   • (Optional) Remove items. From Selected, select the items and kliknij dotknij the left arrow . Alternatively, kliknij dotknij the double left arrow  to remove all items.
7. Kliknij Dotknij Save & Return.

Associate the GDAP with the user accounts that will view and run integrations.

1. Log in with an account that has access to People Information, such as a manager account.
2. Select Main Menu  > Maintenance > People Information.
3. Select the user account.
4. In Employee, select Access Profiles.
5. In Display Profile: Select the TeleStaff Integration GDAP that you configured.
   Uwaga:

   If you select the All Access GDAP, the TeleStaff Integration GDAP serves no purpose.

6. Kliknij Dotknij Save .
