Map Contact Data By Institution
Contact information — such as email addresses, phone numbers, or SMS flags — can be mapped differently for institutions within an organization. Flexible mapping allows you to manage contact information differently by institution or differently between systems.
Examples:
- Employees manage their phone numbers in TeleStaff or Workforce Planner, but you manage their email addresses in Dimensions.
- You can map a phone number's SMS flag to disable, manually enable, or validate SMS.
Default contact data mapping
By default, contact data is mapped as follows:
Dimensions | TeleStaff (TSG) or Workforce Planner (WFP) |
---|---|
Employee — Email | Contact1 |
Employee — Contact 1 | Contact2 |
Employee — Contact 2 | Contact3 |
Employee — Contact 3 | Contact4 |
SMS | N |
