Configure Targets for Healthcare Productivity
Targets consist of an Analytics KPI Kluczowy wskaźnik wydajności mierzy wynik działania w organizacji, dzięki czemu można go porównać z celami operacyjnymi lub strategicznymi i podjąć próbę poprawy wydajności. or metric, locations in the business structure, an effective date, and threshold values.
Managers use Healthcare Productivity to monitor performance against defined targets to ensure organizational outcomes such as reduced cost, increased productivity, and better employee engagement.

- Use Ratio KPIs: In general, ratios make more informative comparisons. Also, targets against a ratio are valid for any time period or level of the business structure.
- Do not mix ratio and non-ratio types:
Calculations that mix percentages and fixed numbers will not be correct.
The system does not validate these configurations and does not generate error messages.
Do not select Non-Ratio for percentage (ratio) KPIs.
Do not select Ratio for non-ratio (fixed number) metrics or KPIs.
Do not configure both ratio and non-ratio types for the same KPI or metric. Otherwise, the report or dataview shows two columns with the same header for both types of target.
- Have a plan: Identify relevant KPIs that impact the business and labor costs. Understand the goals, then set targets that show the required insights.
- Do not assign targets directly to employees: For Healthcare Productivity, assign targets to the Work Group type of work unit Work units (WU) define departments, work groups, and combine business structure nodes or jobs into single entities for productivity analysis. All Healthcare Analytics reports require work units. that collects jobs including the employees' primary job.
- Create as many targets as you need: Targets do not count against the KPI limit of 200 active metrics and KPIs.
Uwaga: Targets that are created while a Target Export integration is running are not included in the export. These targets will be exported the next time the integration runs.
